When you just don’t want to leave…
Our lucky Seasonal pitch holders can experience the magic of Gateway Resort throughout the season, without the hassle of towing the caravan back and for. Our Seasonal pitches are £2,800.00 for touring caravans & £3,700.00 for static caravans (2024 prices), plus a £250 pitch bond. Payment can be made in full in October, or you can choose to pay half the fees in October and the remaining half by 1st February.
No ‘hidden’ charges
There are no other set charges. Electric is on a meter, and you top up a smart card as and when needed (0.35p per unit). Your site fees include entry to our Indoor Swimming Pool and Soft Play Area, along with a wide range of live entertainment, plus exclusive parties and events throughout the year.
As a Seasonal Pitch Holder we’ll also give you a Gateway Resort loyalty card which entitles you to 10% off all food and draught beer in our Bars & Restaurants.

We like our Seasonal pitch holders to feel like part of a community, and our team will take the time to welcome you to Gateway & to get to know you. Kelsey from our Bar will soon be pouring your favourite pint as you walk through door, Becca from our Soft Play Area will have your cuppa ready as you bring the grandkids in for a play, and Dannika, Payton, Georgia & Molly – our friendly Reception girls – are always more than happy to help with any questions you may have.
Our site is extremely popular, so unfortunately Seasonal Pitches are limited. If you are interested in a Seasonal Pitch please call in to have a chat with our Reception team, so they can take a few details from you and get to know you a bit better. Please note due to such high demand we are no longer accepting Seasonal Pitch requests via email or telephone, you will need to pop in to see us. Reception is open 9am-5pm daily (later on arrivals days/school holidays)
