Bar Team

Her first time on the Team Star awards, and a well-deserved win for bubbly Emma, who has shown excellent team spirit! She’d love to be enjoying New York at Christmas time right now (might have to wait a while for that one Emma!) and you’d probably find her with a large G&T in hand! Her motto to live by is ‘Always be kind’, and her favourite part of the job is meeting, and chatting to, lots of different people.

Adam

Chef

Another newbie to our Team Star awards, and Adam has certainly earned it, working all hours & proving his passion for delivering great food to our guests! If Adam’s friends could pick 3 words to describe him they would be: funny, unpredictable and a bit mad! (we’re not going to argue with those!) His fave tune of the moment is Dua Lipa’s Hallucinate and the great atmosphere is what he enjoys most at work!

Jay

Waiting Team

Again, another newcomer to the Team Star gang! Jay has literally walked miles each shift, running from table to kitchen and back again…and all with a genuine smile on his face! His favourite film is Bohemian Rhapsody, and if he won the lottery the first thing he’d buy would be a house! The furthest place he’s travelled so far is to Lapland, and if he could be any animal he’d be a dog because ‘everyone loves a dog!’ The best thing about working here in Jay’s opinion is feeling like you’re part of one big family.

Kelsey

Bar Team

A familiar face for the Team Star awards, Kelsey was our winner back in January (in those golden pre-Covid days!) Her ideal evening would be spent with Dermot Kennedy cooking her fave meal of Cajun Chicken & Mash, followed by chilling on the sofa in pjs with Netflix or a bit of Homeland, and a glass of something strong! Job wise she enjoys the friendships & relationships she’s built over the years with both other team members & customers.
