Not her first time being in our top 3 but we just had to involve Payton in January’s Team Member of the Month. Her ability to stay happy and energetic in the busy periods is amazing to see and her energy radiates among her peers.

Another regular in our top 3! Jess has shown her ability to adapt in various departments throughout her time at Gateway. Her helpful attitude is always appreciated in our fast paced kitchen as well as her (questionable) banter.
