Meals served daily from 9am.
- Relax around our fishing lake & let the kids see what they can catch. Please use nets or barbless hooks and any fish caught will need to be put back in the lake. Standard UK lake fishing rules apply, no license needed for children under the age of 13.
- Get on your bikes and discover the 10 mile (16km) Millennium Coast Cycle Path. All flat, no roads and the path takes you up to North Dock (Llanelli Beach), continues to Burry Port with its lighthouse, beach & harbour, and ends at beautiful Pembrey Country Park and the famous massive expanse of Cefn Sidan beach.
- Walk along the estuary to the National Wetlands Centre (approx. 30 mins pleasant walk from the site) Hand feed the ducks and geese and check out their bright pink flamboyance of flamingos!
- Drive to the Gower (approx. 20 mins drive from our site) and experience the stunning beaches, rugged cliffs and wild headlands of the UK’s first designated area of outstanding natural beauty!
- Feed the ducks, geese and swans at Sandy Water Park (approx. 10 mins drive or 30 mins bike ride from our site) and enjoy a leisurely walk around the pretty lake.
- Indulge in some retail therapy with the nearby Trostre and Pemberton Retail parks (approx. 5 mins drive from our site) Lots of shops to browse including Primark, TK Maxx, The Range, Dunelm Mill and many more!
- Enjoy an early evening stroll along the estuary, and take in the fabulous sunsets.
- Take a drive to the vibrant city of Swansea (approx. 20 mins drive from our site) It’s the second largest city in Wales, with an award winning indoor market, shops-a-plenty, a marina and a long stretch of beach that curves round to the pretty ‘Mumbles’, which marks the beginning of the Gower peninsula’s coastline.
- Experience the secrets and magic of Penllegare Valley Woods (approx. 20 mins drive from our site) with lakes, waterfalls, 12 miles of woodland, 7 miles of footpaths and 150 years of enchanted Welsh history!
